Commercial Lead / Senior Commercial Manager til Customer & Commercial Excellence i Metroselskabet

Do you want to set the direction for Metro's commercial strategy and identify new business opportunities?

We are looking for a strong commercial profile to lead the execution of initiatives that maximise The Company's earnings. In Customer & Commercial Excellence, we are responsible for leveraging The Company's assets, resources and competences to drive financial growth and strengthen the Company's position. This includes optimising revenue streams and exploring new business opportunities.

We are looking for an experienced candidate who can drive the strategy through execution and attractive partnerships. You will work closely with colleagues in Customer & Commercial Excellence and Communication & Marketing and work with external partners and suppliers.

Your primary responsibilities:

Drive strategic initiatives to maximise revenue.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners.

We expect you to:

Have a relevant educational background and +5 years of experience in value-adding partnerships and sales.
Skilled at translating strategy into concrete projects.
Have strong interpersonal skills and the drive to make things happen.
