Whistleblower order at Metroselskabet

At Metroselskabet, we take responsibility for ensuring transparency and integrity in our organisation. Our whistleblower programme gives employees and business partners the opportunity to report serious matters anonymously or non-anonymously.

What can be reported?

The whistleblower scheme is for serious matters that could damage Metroselskabet's reputation, finances or operations. This can include:

  • Financial crime (bribery, fraud, forgery, etc.)
  • Violation of laws, regulations or internal policies
  • Providing false information to authorities
  • Violation of impartiality rules or nepotism
  • Security risks that can have serious consequences

Who can report?

All employees, suppliers, external consultants and other partners associated with Metroselskabet can use the whistleblower scheme.

How do you report?

Reporting can be done via our secure whistleblower portal, which is handled by an independent third party to ensure anonymity:

What happens after a report?

  • We make an initial assessment of the case.
  • If the case is deemed relevant, a further investigation is initiated.
  • In serious cases, the case may be handed over to the authorities.
  • The reporter can follow the progress of the case via the portal.

Anonymity and protection

  • You can choose to remain anonymous.
  • All reports are treated confidentially.
  • No one may be subjected to reprisals for reporting in good faith.
  • Our system does not log IP addresses and all data is handled securely.
