Metroselskabet's communication strategy for the years 2023-2026 aims to support the company's business strategy for the same period, 'The Metro of the Future'.
The primary purpose of the communication strategy is to realise the planned passenger growth during the strategy period, as communication plays a significant role in the company's commercial work to get more customers to use the Metro.

At the same time, communication is an important supporting element in relation to achieving the other ambitions in the business strategy, as these can only be achieved in collaboration with other players and through internal anchoring.

The goal is to deliver timely, credible and relevant communication to the company's many target groups, including neighbours, passengers, partners, owners and the general public. This applies both to the Metro in operation, maintenance and construction of more Metro and to the company's other activities.

The work with Metroselskabet's communication strategy is continuously evaluated to ensure that the communication achieves the desired effect.
