Øresund Platforms and the Pedestrian Tunnel under the Øresund Tracks

At the Øresund tracks and the pedestrian tunnel under the tracks to the Følager area, we continue a series of minor finishing works before we expect to complete the construction later in the autumn. Therefore, we will also begin to narrow the construction site at Følager in late summer and prepare it for the next project, which is a small station forecourt near the area closest to the station.

Station Forecourt at Følager

In parts of the area where the construction site for the pedestrian tunnel and Øresund platforms is currently located, we will establish a small station forecourt with, among other things, bicycle parking and planting. This work starts in late summer and is expected to continue throughout the year. Initially, the green wooden fences will be replaced by lighter wire fences, and the elevator to track 2 of the Køge Bugt line will be closed as it needs to be removed and replaced with a new one. New Staircase and Elevator to Track 1 of the Køge Bugt Line

The construction of a new staircase and elevator to track 1 of the Køge Bugt line also continues over the late summer and autumn. The work is primarily carried out during the daytime, but safety concerns around the railway tracks may mean that parts of the work need to be done at night. We will inform you further via SMS when this is relevant.
