Student Assistant for Internal Communications
You can look forward to gaining hands-on experience with a wide range of communication tasks and becoming part of an exciting department responsible for media relations, marketing, and communications related to the Metro and Light Rail, as well as internal communications.
Your tasks will include:
- planning and writing articles for our intranet
- creating content for our in-house information screens
- producing graphic materials in Canva
- developing communication plans
- creating posts for our LinkedIn profile
- helping organise the annual Company Day for 400 colleagues at Metroselskabet
- analysing and communicating how our content performs

- write in an engaging and grammatically correct way in both Danish and English
- are proactive and approachable, and enjoy collaborating across the organisation
- are creative, have a strong sense of aesthetics, and are familiar with—or willing to learn—Canva and SharePoint
- are able to tailor messages to different platforms and target audiences
- work in a structured way and stay focused on your tasks
- are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme, such as rhetoric, communication, journalism, Danish, or a similar field

About us
As a student assistant, you will become an important part of the Communication and Marketing unit, which works every day to improve internal and external communication about the Metro and the Greater Copenhagen Light Rail. You will join the team responsible for developing and managing internal communication for the organisation’s 400 employees.
In addition to sharing an office corridor with 25 great colleagues, you will also become part of the department’s group of six student assistants, who enjoy a strong sense of community.
