Maintenance Specialist – Spor

At Metroselskabet, we are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to join our Operation & Maintenance (OPM) team, who will play a key role in ensuring the maintenance of the track in our metro and light rail systems. We emphasise collaboration, quality and development - and we believe that diversity strengthens our solutions.

Your role

As a Maintenance Specialist you will:

• Ensure and improve the quality of track maintenance.
• Carry out inspections and follow up on track activities to ensure compliance with documentation and plans.
• Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues to optimise track maintenance.
• Contribute to improvement proposals and investment considerations based on data and insights.
• Focus on safety in everything we do.

You will play an important role in ensuring a strong collaboration with our suppliers and in shaping Metroselskabet's future maintenance strategy with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

About you

We are looking for a colleague who:

• Is structured and thrives in a collaborative environment.
• Has an analytical approach and a strong sense of quality.
• Good at communicating - both with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Have a background in track, engineering, maintenance or similar relevant experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
