At the meeting, the Board was informed that the threat level from cybercrime in Denmark remains high and that the authorities therefore encourage all companies to focus on this at all management levels. The Board of Directors was presented with a status of the Company's work to ensure an appropriate level of security, including how the Company will provide the Board of Directors with an annual status of the ongoing adjustments to the security level that are necessary.

At the meeting, the Board was also informed that customers still seem to be returning to the Metro and using the new Metro lines slightly faster than previously expected. In May, the Metro had a ridership of 9.2 million passengers, which is equivalent to more than 300,000 passengers on a normal weekday. At the same time, the operational stability in May has been very satisfactory and the service has generally been very stable. The overall operational stability on M1/M2 was 99.5%, while it was 99.7% on M3/M4.
