Project Manager for Reinvestment team at Metroselskabet
Drive High-Impact Projects in a Complex, Live Metro System
Do you enjoy making decisions - also when it means being fully accountable? Do you have an engineering background, strong ambition and the technical curiosity to challenge deliverables rather than just track timelines and budgets? And can you maintain control and progress even when many moving parts evolve in parallel?
If so, we may have the perfect job for you. We are looking for two Project Managers to join our portfolio of 70+ reinvestment projects in a live metro environment. In this role, you will work with a portfolio of reinvestment projects related to your technical background.
If your background is electrical engineering this could cover projects related to ATC, SCADA, traction power, passenger information, radio and communication systems. And if your background is Structural, geotechnical or mechanical it could cover projects related to architectural finishes, climate protection, structural works and renovations, installation of new equipment, renewal of elevators, escalators, HVAC systems, etc.
Your main responsibilities
- Manage your own project portfolio from initiation to commissioning
- Plan, coordinate and follow up across all project phases (analysis → design → tender → execution → commissioning)
- Challenge technical deliverables and ensure quality, safety and compliance with relevant standards and requirements
- Collaborate with internal specialists, suppliers and stakeholders across many disciplines
- Report project progress and risks using digital PM tools
- Participate in weekly follow-ups and 1:1 meetings with your team manager
What do we expect from you?
We are looking for a colleague who:

- Communicates clearly and can make complex topics easy to understand
- Feels confident facilitating meetings and decision processes
- Is motivated by responsibility, technical challenges and cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Has worked with metro/railway or other complex infrastructure systems (an advantage)
What we offer
- A professionally strong and dynamic environment with skilled colleagues

- Flexible working conditions and good work-life balance
- Salary based on qualifications
- A positive work climate with collaboration at the core
