Preliminary Investigations on Rialtovej and Sixtusvej
Preliminary investigations for the upcoming M5 metro line
As preparation for the upcoming M5 Metro line, we are currently carrying out a series of geological and groundwater investigations around the areas where future stations, shafts, and tunnels are expected to be located.
Two of these investigations need to be carried out on Rialtovej and Sixtusvej, and unfortunately, it will be necessary to close a short section of these two roads to vehicular traffic for a period of approximately three weeks.
What does this mean for you?
Rialtovej will be closed to vehicular traffic between Luganovej and Ætnavej from 10 November and for about three weeks.
Sixtusvej will be closed to vehicular traffic between Kongedybs Allé and Prøvestens Allé from 14 November and for about three weeks.
You will still be able to pass the work area on foot and walk your bicycle along the sidewalk, and most of you will still be able to drive to your properties. However, for some properties it may be necessary to park on the street while the work is taking place.
If the work can be completed sooner, we will of course reopen the roads as quickly as possible. The work will take place on weekdays between 7:00 and 15:00.
