The purpose of these investigations is to clarify geological conditions and groundwater conditions around the areas where the future stations, shafts, and tunnels are expected to be located.

One of these preliminary investigations will be conducted at GF Havnestad area in mid-August.

Test Drilling in August

The preliminary investigation will be carried out in week 33 in the water at Bryggebroen and the harbor bus stop at Islands Brygge, and therefore, there will be barriers set up in an area of the harbor quay here. The investigation consists of drilling to approximately 21 meters depth in the seabed, and it will be conducted from a mounted steel frame where the drilling rig will be located.

What Does It Mean for You?

Our drilling contractor works at the harbor quay on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, and during the work, you may experience minor noise disturbances. The work area will be fenced off for your and the employees' safety.
