Strategy and Analysis Consultant at Metroselskabet

Vacancytype: Full timeApplication deadline: 12. januar 2026

Would you like to play a key role in strategy development within Organisation, Safety & Environment – and help support management with in-depth analyses and insights?

At Metroselskabet, we develop and operate world-class metro and light rail systems in Copenhagen and the greater capital area. The Organisation, Safety & Environment unit brings together a wide range of professional disciplines – from occupational health and safety and organisational development to environment and traffic safety. What unites us is our shared responsibility for creating the frameworks that enable the entire organisation to operate efficiently and develop responsibly.

We are now looking for a methodical and strategically strong colleague to help further develop the unit’s work with strategic development, reporting and management support.

About the role

You will be a key contributor to our strategic efforts to develop and follow up on goals and initiatives within organisational development and occupational health and safety. Your tasks will include, among others:

  • Preparing strategic analyses, presentations and decision-making materials
  • Contributing to strategic reporting for executive management and the Board
  • Following up on and further developing KPIs – including prioritisation, structuring and visualisation of data
  • Supporting management with overviews, facts and strategic input
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies and action plans at both unit and company level
  • Quality assuring the small but crucial details that ensure a high standard in our analyses and presentations

The role is both analytical and development-oriented. You will act as the link between strategy, data and decision-making, and you will have significant influence on how we present and apply our knowledge.

What data and analyses will you work with?

In this role, you will help create an overview of how the organisation is developing in relation to our focus areas and objectives. This may include:

  • Progress on strategic initiatives and development projects
  • Follow-up on targets and KPIs – for example within competence development, leadership culture and/or organisational maturity
  • Summarising quantitative and qualitative data in concise management and Board presentations
  • Developing insights and identifying trends that support strategic prioritisation

The aim is to transform data and knowledge into meaningful insights that can be used by management in decision-making and planning.

Your profile

We imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant academic background – for example within social sciences, economics, HRM, organisational development or similar
  • Work analytically, in a structured and independent manner, and thrive on communicating complex matters clearly and precisely
  • Have strong communication skills and deliver compelling presentations in PowerPoint
  • Understand how data and KPIs can be used as management and development tools and how they can be implemented effectively
  • Are collaborative and thrive in an environment where quality and attention to detail matter
  • Have an interest in strategic development and organisational understanding

Why join us?

You will become part of an engaged and professional environment in the Organisation, Safety & Environment unit, where we work with high professional standards and great respect for each other’s expertise. You will have the opportunity to influence how we work strategically with our development initiatives and help ensure that our unit continues to support Metroselskabet’s ambitions for safe, efficient and sustainable operations.

We look forward to receiving your application!
