Our focus is on creating the framework for a reliable, sustainable and future-ready metro.

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator who wants to play a key role in turning complex engineering into real-world solutions.

  • Support the preparation of tender packages for major contracts
  • Help ensure timely delivery across complex project workflows

Enabling quality and decision-making

  • Plan and coordinate technical review processes
  • Ensure feedback is captured, aligned and implemented
  • Provide clear reporting and progress insights to project management

Strengthening collaboration

  • Act as a trusted coordination point between consultants, project teams and QA
  • Follow up on actions and support resolution of challenges
  • Help maintain momentum across stakeholders with different priorities

About you

  • You bring structure into complexity and thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
  • You are organised, analytical and able to maintain overview of large projects
  • You communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
  • You are motivated by contributing to impactful infrastructure projects

Why join Metroselskabet?

This is your opportunity to become part of an organisation where your work has visible, lasting impact on the city.

At Metroselskabet, you will:

  • Work on some of Denmark’s most ambitious infrastructure projects
  • Be trusted with responsibility early and given room to grow
