Corporate governance

Metroselskabet's management

We focus on optimising the organisation's earnings, market adaptation and innovation, while ensuring an active and involved board.

Good corporate governance

Metroselskabet works systematically with corporate governance and as a starting point we follow a number of recommendations for good corporate governance in public limited companies.

Ownership structure

Metroselskabet is owned by the City of Copenhagen, the City of Frederiksberg and the Danish state through the Minister of Transport. Each year, the owners meet at a partnership meeting.

The Board of Directors

The owners of Metroselskabet have appointed seven members to Metroselskabet's Board of Directors. In addition, the employees of Metroselskabet have elected two members.

Executive Management and Executive Management Group

Metroselskabet is managed on a daily basis by the Metroselskabet Executive Board. The Executive Board is supported by an Executive Management Group.

Whistleblower policy

Metroselskabet has a whistleblower scheme that allows employees and business partners to make anonymous or non-anonymous reports of serious matters, including matters that may damage Metroselskabet's reputation, finances or otherwise have a negative impact.
