At its meeting on January 29, the Board of Directors decided to further strengthen passenger information in the Metro in the coming years. Good passenger information is crucial for customer satisfaction and an important part of the overall travel experience. Therefore, it is an important area to lift in line with the continued passenger growth, which emphasizes that the Metro is an attractive product for passengers.

The board was also informed that the metro construction has reached an important milestone, as all of the M3 line's 17 stations have now been excavated. Marmorkirken was the last station to be excavated and, as expected, this was done without damage to the historic church, which is very close to the construction site. The station is now ready to receive the tunnel boring machines, which will arrive at the shaft at Marmorkirken in the spring.

Finally, the board also received an update on the metro construction in Nordhavn. In this connection, the board has a strong focus on ensuring good opportunities for passengers who will be changing from S-train to Metro at Nordhavn Station in the future.
